Have you already created a great conference or trade show agenda? Chances are you have also included a great looking exhibit booth floor plan map.
Exhibitor floor plan maps are easily adapted to become searchable, interactive floor plans.
Trade show/exhibit hall Floor plan drawings can be in any image format, including PDF, JPG, and GIS/CAD formats.
Once the trade show/exhibit hall floor is imported, exhibitor booth and/or facility locations can be assigned and linked to exisiting exhibitor databases or spreadsheets.
Labels are dynamically drawn from the database/spreadsheet records eliminating the need to re-import exhibit hall plans everytime a booth designation changes.
Floor Plans can even be overlaid right onto a physical building, or, just orientated horizontally if desired.
